On September 10th, MTV & Time Warner Cable will be hosting the Best Breakout LA Artist Battle at The Friday Night VMA Pre-Party being held at The Music Box in Hollywood. This shindig is to help kickstart the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards weekend. The three local LA bands battling it out for the VMA Best Breakout LA Artist are The Devine, It Boys! and Steve Liriks. That’s not all, there will be special performances from Never Shout Never and VMA nominee Jason Derulo.
