First of all, I have been dying to see The Killers live. I mean, who hasn’t? These guys have cemented their status as one of the top rock bands of this generation. Tickets for these guys can be hard to come by and so the moment Jimmy Kimmel announced their free concert, I was having a major freak out. Needless to say, I was present at this unforgettable televised event. They played two nights on the show, but I only attended the very first night. Continue Reading
Check out “Don’t Stop” by Electric Touch, the rock band from Austin, TX. Interestingly enough, their lead singer is British (originally from Nottingham), but relocated to Texas where he met the rest of the band. These guys have toured with The Bravery (<3) and Airborne Toxic Event and have played Coachella, Bonnaroo, SXSW, Lollapalooza, and Austin City Limits festival among other renowned music festivals. So why haven’t we heard more about these guys?? I honestly don’t know how they have been floating under the radar. Their vibe is similar to The Killers, The Bravery and maybe a twinge of Oasis. Don’t miss out on Electric Touch, watch the video above and discover a new awesome band.
