Thenewno2 is coming onto the US music scene quite strong as of late. They formed in 2006, but didn’t go on their first US tour until 2009. The band is g-r-e-a-t and not just because of Dhani Harrison, but I guess that too. The band as a collective whole create a smooth rock sound that has this endearing haunting quality to it (listen to “Another John Doe“).
It’s no wonder why they were chosen to do the entire Beautiful Creatures soundtrack. They recently released their new single, “Never Too Late” which is off the soundtrack for the new teen-sci-fi-romance flick (almost another Twilight, but not really) and it just doesn’t get old.
