MUSIC VIDEO: Danny Fernandes ft. Josh Ramsay & Belly – Hit Me Up

Danny Fernandes is a Canadian singer and songwriter. His song, “Hit Me Up” was released in 2011, but being in the US means we don’t always get to hear all those awesome songs from other countries. Thank goodness, Josh Ramsay was featured in this song (along with Belly) otherwise I probably would never have come across it. As you know (or should), Josh Ramsay is the frontman for the pop-punk band, Marianas Trench who we’ve had the pleasure of interviewing (check it out here). He’s also the mastermind behind Carly Rae Jepsen‘s hit, “Call Me Maybe”. “Hit Me Up” is a great pop track and Josh gives it that extra punch to take it over the edge. Maybe even channeling a lil’ MJ.
