Sean Lennon and Charlotte Kemp Muhl, the duo behind The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger (The GOASTT), released their new album today. Midnight Sun contains 12-tracks and is available on iTunes now via Chimera Music. The entire project screams creativity from the music to the artwork. After what has seemed like forever, The Cab have finally released some new music–today. Their EP, Lock Me Up is available on iTunes now. To say that it is incredibly awesome would be down playing it because it is musical bliss. Is it too soon to be craving a new album?!?! Of course not!

Electronic music producer and DJ Wolfgang Gartner has transformed into a cartoon version of himself for the music video of his latest single, “Redline”. Created by New Media DNA, with director Eric Damier and lead animator Jose Cubero. The video is like watching a short animated film that has a modernistic/spacey theme, but features Wolfgang’s cartoon version doing what he does best—blowing it up for a massive crowd. The 88 (www.the88.net) announced today that they have released a new five-song EP No One Here exclusively via iTunes. The title track of the EP is something fans of the hit CBS comedy show How I Met Your Mother should be especially interested in, as the song was featured on the episode “Something Borrowed” from season two, episode 21 which first aired May 7, 2007.
