SoCal rockers, The Bolts released their newest video for the “The Truth” this month. The band’s Fall EP is out now and will be followed up with their debut album, Wait ‘Til We’re Young, set to release on February 12th, 2013. They will celebrate the release of the album at their show at The Roxy on February 16th, 2013. In the meantime, watch the video for the fun pop-rock track above. It reminds me a bit of Donnie Darko, minus all the creepiness.

Pop-rock SoCal band, The Bolts are ending the year with a bang by co-headlining The Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles to celebrate their Fall EP. The band, comprised of brothers, Heath, Austin and Ryan Farmer and friends, Ryan Kilpatrick and Matt Champagne are influenced by the classics like The Beatles and The Clash to modern day rockers like The Killers and My Chemical Romance. Some of their tracks have been used on television shows such as Degrassi and Necessary Roughness, and their single, “Walk Away” is featured in a SoBe commercial with model, Kate Upton.
