Midnight Red, the newest boy band to hit the scene, are winning fan girls all over with their cover of Taylor Swift’s, “I Knew You Were Trouble“. I’m not a HUGE Swifty fan, but I do like this song and with these guys singing it, I love it. We’ve posted about Midnight Red in the past and have even interviewed them. Needless to say, we want to see more of them. Listen to their cover and you’ll know what I mean.
The day is finally here. Midnight Red‘s single and video is now available on iTunes and can be found here. If you need a little nudge then watch the “Hell Yeah” video (directed by Declan Whitebloom) above and be prepared to watch it over and over again. Whether it’s the song (produced by RedOne), the dancing, the guys, the dancing or the guys (okay, who am I kidding?! It’s really all three.) you might as well just purchase it, so you can view it anytime you want. Also, be sure to catch our super awesome and quite hilarious interview with the guys here.
I first saw Midnight Redperform at City Walk LA with Carly Rae Jepsen and instantly became a fan. I got the chance to sit down with Eric Secharia, Anthony Ladao, Colton Rudloff, Thomas Augusto, and Joey Diggs, Jr. and discuss some pressing questions. The guys discuss which celeb they would fangirl over, what song in music history they wish they had written, their best pick up line, deets on their upcoming debut album and more in the video above. Normally with interviews we post only a few clips, but with Midnight Red we had to post more because they are just that cool. Their music is addicting and the guys themselves are so much fun. Check them out and you can thank me later. Grab their single, “Hell Yeah” on iTunes here.
The U.S. is now being represented in the current boy band resurgence by Midnight Red. Formed by famed producer, RedOne, Midnight Red has already gained massive popularity from touring as the opening act for NKOTBSB last summer. The guys will now be releasing their first single, “Hell Yeah” off of their forthcoming album. Take a listen to this super crazy dance jam below and be sure to nab it on June 19th through iTunes.
