We got to sit down with the talented, Chris Rene. You probably recognize him from taking third place on the first season of X-Factor USA. He auditioned with his inspiring original song, “Young Homie” and he has just now released his newest single, “Trouble“, both of which are featured on his debut album, I’m Right Here (Out now). Chris tells us in great detail what he would do with Robert Downey, Jr. if he kidnapped him, sings “Prince Ali” from the Aladdin soundtrack and shows us a random thing about himself that most people would call a superpower. X-Factor’s Chris Rene Tops 4 Million YouTube Views / Album Out in September

 

With a recent performance on Ellen, over 4 million views on Vevo, 200,000 singles sold and the success of his first Top 40 Radio hit with “Young Homie,” Chris Rene has arrived on the pop music scene and has released his new single “Trouble.”

 

Simon Cowell championed Chris as his “Favorite Contestant on X Factor from Season 1.”

 

His forthcoming CD release is slated for September 18 on Epic Records.
