MUSIC VIDEO: Nathan Sykes – “Kiss Me Quick”

Nathan Sykes, who you may know from The Wanted, has officially released the music video for his official first single, “Kiss Me Quick.” The Wanted are currently on hiatus while every member of the band pursues their own personal endeavors. Nathan is the first to try out a solo career.

The vibe and style for “Kiss Me Quick” channels Michael Bublé and Justin Timberlake’s 20/20 Experience. Nathan is growing up before our eyes! The song is a catchy tune that has 90s R&B feels all over it. First he released the teaser, “More Than You’ll Ever Know” followed by “Kiss Me Quick,” now we’re eagerly awaiting the debut album!

MUSIC VIDEO: Olly Murs – “Seasons”

The first time I heard “Seasons” by Olly Murs I was in awe. Of course Ryan Tedder of One Republic c0-wrote and co-produced the song so it is no wonder. The man is a musical genius. I just can’t stop listening to the track. I am definitely an Olly fan and I have to say “Seasons” tops “Heart Skips A Beat” and “Troublemaker,” which are both hard acts to follow. I was expecting a little bit more from the music video, but the song makes up for it. Check it out above!

Nathan Sykes from The Wanted Releases First Solo Track

Nathan Sykes, formerly of the British boyband The Wanted, has been planning a solo career for some time now. His first single is set to be released this Spring; however, he decided to give us a sneak peek by releasing a track, “More Than You’ll Ever Know,” from his forthcoming album. He says:

I wanted to give you a taster of what’s to come and couldn’t wait until the first single. So here’s “More Than You’ll Ever Know”, a track from my forthcoming album. I hope you love it as much as I do.

MUSIC VIDEO: Ed Sheeran – “SING”

Ed Sheeran as a puppet you say?! That’s exactly what you will see in his new music video for the amazingly awesome single, “SING“. I just can’t get enough of this song and he just made it better with this super clever and funny video. The karaoke bar theme fits really well with the song lyrics and those Asian businessman were incredible. Pharrell also makes a cameo in the video since he contributed vocals and produced the track. The ending of the music video is classic. It is hands down one of my favorite videos this year. Watch the goodness above!

Ed Sheeran, Grammy nominated artist and the newest of the British Invasion, graced Los Angeles with multiple shows this month. One of which was a free show at The Grove. Since it was a school day I figured it probably wouldn’t be as chaotic as it usually is, but I was wrong. I arrived at The Grove a good hour before the start time and saw the stage area fairly empty and thought this should be easy to catch. That was before we were told that the line for the show started outside on a side street and once I found that side-street I saw a line that went on and on and on. Of course the line would be ridiculous. It’s Ed Sheeran we’re talking about here. Silly me.
