The Voice Season 3 contestant DE’BORAH recently released her debut single, “Coming Out Looking Good” on iTunes. DE’BORAH signed with Chicago-based label WuLi Records who are also known for releasing the early catalog of American Idol Season 9 winner Lee DeWyze.
“WuLi Records is beyond happy to have DE’BORAH join the WuLi Records roster,” states WuLi Records representative Ryan T. McGuire. “We are eagerly excited to work with such a talented young artist and are looking forward to a positive future together.”
She describes her style of music as eclectic with a vast range of genres including rock, soul and pop mixed with her own unique style. If you saw her on The Voice, you know what that’s all about!

In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, James Durbin of American Idol (Season 10) says he wants to “surprise his wife and get a tattoo in her honor”. He’s leaving the design up to fans and obviously the best one wins. Talk about having a lot of faith in your fans! We Are The Fallen will be putting on a show this coming Saturday in Los Angeles unlike anything that anyone has witnessed before.
Ben Moody explains: “”This Saturday at the Avalon Theater in Hollywood, California at 7:00 p.m., I’m producing a circus called Cirque Des Damnés, which translates into ‘Circus Of The Damned,’ and it’s just that. It’s going to be a carnival-style event thrown into the unpredictability of a rock and roll show — bigger than we’ve ever done before. There are going to be aerial acts and old-school freakshow freaks, there’s going to be a burlesque show and a woman is going to swallow a very big balloon and then bring it back up. I can’t promise this is a family-friendly show, but what I can promise you is that you will never see anything quite like tonight. So if there was ever a time you were going to travel for a show this would be the one — this is the one that will make your drive worth it. Carpool, bring some friends, we’re going to be giving stuff away, it’s gonna be amazing.”
The show will be filmed and a DVD release is being planned in the near future.
The quintet is comprised of former members of multi-platinum band Evanescence, guitarists Ben Moody and John LeCompt along with drummer Rocky Gray, joined by breakout American Idol finalist Carly Smithson on vocals. Acclaimed bassist Marty O’Brien (Disturbed and Static-X, among others) rounds out the line-up of this power combo.
The band’s debut album, Tear The World Down released last summer debuted at #33 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart.

Lady Gaga was on last night’s American Idol and performed her new hit “Alejandro” complete with an extended intro piano rendition of “Bad Romance.”
