Finally we will get to see Anna Kendrick take the lead in a film and I have to say this might be the perfect (get it!?!) one for her. Pitch Perfect has her character, Beca, the rebellious type, join a capella group in college. From the previews it’s obvious she didn’t want to join initially, but then seems to take a leadership role in order to best the rival a capella group. Just watching Kendrick break down into “No Diggity” has me super excited over this film. I am a fan of hers and it looks like a given to go see. Rebel Wilson, who you might recognize from Bridesmaids is also in the film and she looks like a scene stealer. Brittany Snow, Elizabeth Banks and Christopher Mintz-Plasse (aka McLovin’) also star. Check out the trailer above and you’ll be hooked. Of course, we’ll have to wait until October 5th to catch it…
